International assignments in the USA, Switzerland and China had a strong impact on my career. After almost two decades in Switzerland, I moved back to the Frankfurt region in 2019.

During my consulting work, I combine personal experience with modern, digital tools. The targeted use of AI, for example to optimize CVs, LinkedIn profiles or application letters, is now a valuable part of a modern application process - and part of my toolbox. Career Coaching & New Placement
The following phases describe an individual program that is always adapted to your individual needs:
Current situation will be analyzed, following an optimization of each curriculum vitae (CV) and social media presence a.i. Linked in , as well as strengths and weaknesses results. The CV as the centerpiece of every application is focused on personal successes and prepared for AI screening.
The detailed review of working certificates is a potential action as well.Developing the "ideal" target position as a critical milestone to ensure the best possible next career step. Possible scenarios are also examined here, such as a change of industry or self-employment following an employment relationship.
Jobsearch and interview training based on a strategy that precisely defines which channels to address. Interview training including video analysis and coaching for all type of interviews.
Coaching or onboarding means support for contract negotiations and also potential agenda for the first 100 days in the new job.

Mediation
Mediation is a flexible dispute resolution process in which an impartial third party facilitates negotiations (mediator) between parties to help them devise their own, mutually acceptable solutions. In many countries, mediation is a widespread alternative to court proceedings, which are becoming increasingly time-consuming and expensive .
The following mediations are offered:
Family and marriage
e.g. marriage mediation, mediation between couples, parental maintenance, separation and divorce and also conflicts between parents and children & adolescents, sibling conflicts

e.g. neighborhood conflicts, association issues, conflicts in voluntary positions -

Free Initial Consultation
The initial meeting (45 min) in which we get to know each other and explore a potential program (outplacement or career coaching) is free of charge.
With respect to a mediation we can discuss possible steps and framework during an initial meeting.
Philosophy
The focus of the consulting topics is on the individual and we try in particular to recognize and develop your personal potential through a change of perspective ("walking in your shoes"). Next career steps will be explored and evaluated. All programs are individually tailored to the client's current needs.
The framework of business has changed fundamentally in a very short period of time, which is accompanied by completely new challenges in terms of leadership, communication channels and work-life balance. I support employees and managers in change and development processes from the initial analysis through to the specific new organization or task. An individual program and/or career strategy will be developed for the next role.
